My dad and I went for my birthday on Thursday 15th of May. My dad who had traveled to 90 countries worldwide and has been a food critic for The Times Of London and Sunday Times good food eating guide and was very impressed with the quality and presentation of the food we had and the very reasonable price of the food. It is so nice these days to find a local run family restaurant that takes pride in its customers and food. I would highly recommend Anzar in Bexleyheath.

This place is a gem! Delicious food, relaxing atmosphere, attentive staff & good value. They let us order from the set menu even though it was after 5pm. Everyone really enjoyed their food. Fantastic flavours. I really love that it’s a family run independent business.

Absolutely gorgeous food! So fresh, really tasty and feels like the food from an independent restaurant. The flavours are just great, not processed feel and the standard is high. The chef has absolute attention to detail and the place seems very organised. We enjoyed our food and we will be back! I also had sea bass which was amazing. I also had some mash potatoes and I’ve never had mashed potato so good! It had so much flavour like olive oil and herbs. It was just too good!

Stumbled upon this charming brasserie on a Sunday afternoon and had such a wonderful experience! It offers a classic French dining vibe, blended beautifully with Lebanese and Mediterranean flavors. The food was absolutely mouthwatering — we tried the prawn spaghetti, chicken kebabs, and a hummus platter, all of which were excellent choices bursting with authentic taste. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the ambiance was cozy and comfortable, perfect for spending quality time as a couple. Loved the culturally rich menu and the overall atmosphere. Definitely planning to visit again!

First time at Anzar’s. What amazing food. So different from anything We have ever tasted. You know it’s good when you wake up still talking about it. The wine was so reasonable and good. Jo our waitress was friendly and so helpful with choices. Be patient and enjoy the atmosphere and drink, you need to wait for good fresh food. The starters were quick, but I was informed my main as it was chicken would take longer, as cooked from fresh. All beautiful and with the wait. We cannot wait to go back.

It was the first time we went to the restaurant and it won’t be the last time. We went on Sunday afternoon and took the 3 courses menu for 16.x per person and the food is good, portions are generous. Prices are good and staff were welcoming. They have couple of mediterranean / french dishes that I have not seen for a while and will try next time

Came for a meal here, first visit, located a very short walk from the centre of Bexleyheath. Mediterranean restaurant whose menu covers alot of different cuisines. Didn't have a reservation but on a Sunday we were able to get a table. Atmosphere very relaxed and chilled. The menu is wide ranging with lots of choice. The food itself was gorgeous, couldn't fault it, every dish we had tasted perfect. Very reasonable prices. The service was friendly and welcoming. Really enjoyed our visit here and would highly recommend.
